1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Cosmosignal’s website, mobile application, astrology reports, horoscopes, natal charts, consultations, or related services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you (“User”, “Client”, “Customer”) and Intudo Consulting (operating under the brand “Cosmosignal”).

2. Nature of Services

Cosmosignal provides astrology-related content and services including but not limited to:

  • Daily horoscopes (general and personalized).

  • Generation and interpretation of natal charts, birth charts, zodiac compatibility charts.

  • Forecasts, readings, and life guidance based on astrological principles.

  • Consultations with astrologers engaged by or associated with Cosmosignal.

  • Digital products, reports, and related materials made available through our platform.

Important: These services are intended for informational, educational, and personal growth purposes only. Cosmosignal does not provide medical, legal, financial, health or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.

  • By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

  • If accessing from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Registration & Account Security

  • To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate personal details, including name, birth date, time, and location.

  • You agree to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

  • Cosmosignal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Use of Services – User Obligations

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  1. Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

  2. Submit false or misleading personal or birth data.

  3. Use Services to promote hate speech, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or abuse.

  4. Upload or transmit malware, spyware, phishing content, or harmful code.

  5. Engage in scraping, automated data mining, or reverse engineering of our Services.

  6. Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent our astrology content or services.

  7. Use Services to promote black magic, witchcraft, occult practices intended for harm, or illegal rituals.

  8. Infringe on intellectual property rights of Cosmosignal or third parties.

  9. Attempt to bypass security controls, authentication, or payment systems.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Cosmosignal, including text, graphics, logos, zodiac icons, reports, forecasts, software code, and design elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments & Pricing

  • All paid services (charts, reports, consultations, subscriptions) must be purchased through Cosmosignal’s official platform.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party PCI DSS compliant providers (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, though paid services already purchased will be honored.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Astrology reports, natal charts, forecasts, and consultations are customized to each user and cannot be reused, resold, or reversed.

  • If technical failure prevents delivery, we may re-deliver or reschedule but no refund shall be issued.

  • By purchasing, you agree that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

9. Consultations & Astrologer Accountability

  • Consultations are conducted by astrologers associated with Cosmosignal. While our experts are trained and professionals, Cosmosignal does not guarantee any specific outcome or accuracy.

  • Astrologers are representatives of Cosmosignal for brand credibility, but interpretations remain subjective.

  • Users acknowledge that astrology is an interpretive art and results may vary.

  • Cosmosignal disclaims liability for actions taken by users based on advice received.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Cosmosignal makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any astrological interpretations.

  • No assurance is given that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from unauthorized access.

  • Users are advised to seek independent professional advice (medical, financial, legal) for decisions beyond astrology.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cosmosignal, Intudo Consulting, its directors, employees, consultants, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of Services.

  • In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cosmosignal, Intudo Consulting, its employees, consultants, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms.

  • Your misuse of the Services.

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Service Availability & Modifications

  • Cosmosignal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without liability.

  • Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

  • Features, pricing, and content may be updated periodically.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, email services, analytics).

  • Cosmosignal is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the IT Act and DPDP Act 2023.

  • Jurisdiction shall exclusively lie with the competent courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

  • Disputes may, at Cosmosignal’s discretion, first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English, venue at Gurgaon.

16. Privacy

Your use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

17. Termination

  • Cosmosignal may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

  • Upon termination, your right to access Services ceases immediately.

  • Obligations relating to payments, liability, indemnity, and intellectual property survive termination.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cosmosignal regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
